Deepika Padukone is an Indian actress and one of the highest paid in Hollywood globally. In her career she has bagged several awards among them three Filmfare Awards. Born on 5 January 1986 in Denmark, Padukone attended Sophia High School after her parents relocated to Bangalore. The film narrates the life of struggling actor who later dies after seeing a woman he loved killed and he is reincarnated to avenge her death. Early this year, Padukone made a comeback with the “xXx: Return of Xander Cage”.

Recently, Padukone made headlines after a foreign U.S-based media mistakenly but severally referred to her as Priyanka Chopra, another top Indian actress. In her reaction, she termed the incidence as ignorance and racism for people to assume that people with the same color are similar. A video showing a paparazzo consciously referring to Padukone as Priyanka as she made her way from an airport was widely shared on social media.
