Trisha Krishnan is an Indian model and
actress. She started to get attention from different movie directors after
winning the "Miss Madras" beauty pageant in 1999. She has worked hard
to establish herself as a leading actress in different movie projects. She had
her first supporting role in "Jodie" where she receive average
reviews. That supporting role landed her a leading actress spot in "Mounam
Pesiyadhe" ,which she used as a platform to become a star. She has been in
many films. She received her best critic reviews in "Varsham "(2004)
where she played a middle class girl who became successful with her father's
help. She has continued to act over the last decade and even won Vijay Award
for Favourite Heroine in 2010. She has won many awards over the past decade and
she is currently a goodwill ambassador for PETA.
Trisha just recently celebrated her birthday. She turned 34 on May 4. She was overwhelmed by good wishes from family, friends, and fans. She responded by saying that she felt like an angel due to the overwhelming response from everyone. She commented on how she has the most loyal fans who will stand by her no matter where she stands professionally or personally. She got more than a happy birthday wish from one of her friends. Charmi a friend whom she met on "Prabhas's Poyrnami" (2006) not only wished the actress a happy birthday , but ask her for a answer to a wedding proposal for later in the year. She recently had just returned from a vacation trip with her mom back at the end on April. She had finished her work on "Mohini" and 'Garjanai" and was excited for spring.
